P-51B Mustang Pattern B

£6.00£14.00

The Mustangs use a variety of schemes. We have adopted the references to these schemes as A, B, C, D, E and “Firewall”. Schemes A and B were typically found on the MK1a and Mk II aircraft while E and the Firewall scheme were used on IV (teardrop canopy).

It is important to check your references for the particular aircraft you are building. Mixed patterns can be found in the same squadron. The wing layout is a useful guide. You may need to look at our range of Mustang masks when making your selection. The nose design of the mask in sets A, B, C and D allow for the raised ridge of the Allison engines as well as the Merlin Engines. A tailband and 15” & 12” strips are provided for use where applicable.

This set includes only the camouflage pattern. Please see our extended pack which includes insignia and code letters. We also have an Insignia pack which provides the Roundels only.

Any products (models, paints etc) shown in photos are not included.
