During 1940 two camouflage patterns were used; Type A for aircraft with serial numbers ending in even numbers and Type B for aircraft with serial numbers ending in odd numbers. During Mid 1941 only type A was supposed be used. See our mask TNM-M132 for Pattern B but mixed schemes continued to appear as aircraft were sent to the Desert or use on a lend lease basis. The IIB had two extra machine guns on the outer part of the wing giving it a total of 12.
We have tried to faithfully represent the scheme used for this period.
This set includes only the camouflage pattern. Serial numbers, code letters and other markings are not included. See our website for more.
